Refund Policy
Practice Worth wants every customer to be satisfied with the valuation report they purchased. If the Service doesn’t work for you, we offer a straightforward refund.
1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Window
You may request a full refund of your report purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date, for any reason, by emailing hello@getpracticeworth.com from the email address on your account. No explanation is required. We aim to acknowledge your request within one business day and initiate the refund through Stripe within two (2) business days of acknowledgment. Depending on your card issuer, funds typically appear on your statement within five to ten (5–10) business days.
2. Refunds After the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day window, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion — for example, if the Service was materially unavailable during your use, if a bug prevented you from completing your report, or if you were charged in error. Send a brief explanation to hello@getpracticeworth.com and we will respond within three (3) business days.
3. What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your report is marked “refunded” in our system and access is revoked. You may purchase a new report at any time; a refund does not bar future purchases. If you refund a report and later wish to purchase the same practice’s valuation again, your previous wizard inputs will not be restored automatically; you will need to re-enter them.
4. Abuse and Discretion
We reserve the right to decline a refund if we detect a pattern of abuse (for example, repeated refunds of reports for the same practice, or use of the refund window to extract reports without paying in good faith). We will always explain our reasoning if we decline. Declined refunds may be appealed to dave@getpracticeworth.com; we will give your appeal a fair review.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at hello@getpracticeworth.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card network. In our experience, direct refunds are faster and cleaner for both parties than chargebacks. Filing a chargeback after we have offered a refund may result in account termination.
6. Beta Redemptions
Reports redeemed using a promotional code (for example, during the Practice Worth beta program) are not eligible for refund, because no money changed hands. Beta reports are provided at no cost and are subject to the same 12-month access window as paid reports.
